Eduard Zernin is Managing Director of REGION Investment Company, Moscow. He has graduated from Financial academy (Government of Russian Federation) and Academy of the budget and treasury of the Ministry of Finance of Russian Federation.
Eduard has been working in the securities market since 1993 (banking and financial institutions). Since 1996 Eduard is with REGION Investment Company (now the holding company of the REGION Investment Group), where he is engaged in strategic development questions and investment banking business of the Group.

Investment banking activities include organization of the Commercial Papers programs and corporate bonds issues for Russian companies and banks. Eduard also worked with Russian companies on organization of their DR (depositary receipts) listing on NEWEX Stock Exchange.

Eduard is a member of Guild of the investment and financial analysts (GIFA) and member of the supervisory Council of Association of commercial papers’ participants.
