Pavel Gourine joined Raiffeisenbank in 1998 to set up, build and develop Investment Banking & Corporate Finance business of the Bank.

• arrangement, distribution and servicing of bond issues in Russia;

• loan syndication services on the Russian market;

• consulting on raising external equity financing, structuring Russian equity transactions incl. mergers and acquisitions.
